Where GBG Law takes on a Client, our ultimate aim is to help Clients to avoid having to make Court applications or to avoid having Court applications made against them in order to assert their rights. Out of Court, we offer a nationwide casework service where we can provide practical advice to our Clients on understanding their rights, knowing who they can turn to when they are faced with a variety of different problems and we can provide practical advice on how to avoid problems with service providers in the first place.
GBG Law has a team of dedicated Casework Advocates that can assist Clients with making formal complaints and liaising with organisations subject to a complaint. Casework Advocates take over contact from our Clients and liaise with complaint subjects directly as a third party acting on the instructions of our Clients. GBG Law's Casework Advocates strive to secure a fair outcome for our Clients that recognises our Clients rights.
If our Clients remain dis-satisfied with the final response of an organisation within their complaints process, our Casework Advocates will look to support Clients, where they wish to, with sending their complaint to the Ombudsman and with the Ombudsman process
Lastly, GBG Law can refer Clients to our McKenzie Friend division as a final result for guidance and support at Court if a Client is unable to resolve a complaint, even with our assistance.
New Clients that would like to find out more about our three stages if involvement can select the option for new Clients in our menu above. Existing Clients can also find out more by selecting the Existing Clients option in the same menu.
We hope that you feel comforted, welcomed and less isolated through your contact and involvement with GBG Law. Lastly, many of our Advocates and McKenzie Friends have been through very similar personal experiences to that which brings you into contact with us.
