What kind of cases could GBG Law support me with?

Primarily, the cases we take on, where we can take on a case relate to failings to people from what is described as the "Public Sector" - otherwise known as Government funded organisations. This includes matters relating to the Department for Work and Pensions, Homelessness (please see Roof FAQs to the right) and complaints against the NHS. We also offer assistance in Mental Capacity cases (with the Court's permission) and in Equality Act matters (again, with the Court's permission and always at their discretion). Please do make an enquiry to us if the organisation concerned is not listed and you cannot get assistance from any other organisation or a Solicitor or Barrister but, please remember, we are not Solicitor's or Barristers ourselves and we cannot give legal advice.
