Where GBG Law refers you to other organisations, we must satisfy ourselves that these organisations have the same level of security in place to protect your data. If we are not satisfied, we will not refer your case to them and we will blacklist such a service within our professional networking database. Where your Casework Advocate refers you to another organisation, in all circumstances you must sign a form to clearly communicate your consent. We will be further developing our IT systems so that other organisations can work with us, in each case with the Client's permission to promote high quality Casework Advocacy across the country.
Where a Client lacks capacity, their Guardian, Appointee or Next of Kin must also sign or sign on behalf of the Client if they are unable to write or understand.
