GBG Law's Case Management systems are housed on secure servers. In order for Casework Advocates to log in, they must access our systems through an encrypted connection established automatically. All of our Emails are sent from our Mail Server to Volunteers by encrypted connection - this means that it is exceptionally difficult for people acting unlawfully to intercept communications of any description when they are being sent to or from our network (Man in the Middle Attacks). You are responsible for your choice of Email provider and for security on the device that you use to read your Emails. GBG Law requests that recipients, in the very unusual event that an Email is sent to the wrong person, to notify the sender of the Email and delete it from their systems. The ITTU at GBG Law will then fully investigate.
