An account is created and any expenses that our Casework Advocate's and GBG Law's Contact Centre incur are added to the account. Such expenses include the cost of printing documents, providing stationery, the expense of outbound telephone calls, sending faxes and travel (mileage, car parking or public transport for example). GBG Law does not increase what we charge back by more than the expenses incurred by our Casework Advocates. There are no other charges.
