We cannot guarantee any service or that we can find an available Casework Advocate but we will do our best to do so. We aim to update Clients by Email after one month in non-urgent cases and we will tryour best to process your referral from our Contact Centre much more quickly in urgent cases. If we cannot find a Casework Advocate within this time, we will add you to our waiting list and review your referral every two weeks. If we identify another source of support, we will refer you to them in the meantime. We would ask you to keep us updated on the progression of your case so that we have the latest information as this may change the type of Casework Advocate that you need. We will do our best to help you. We have a team of Duty Casework Advocates that regularly review referrals that are waiting to be allocated to a regular Casework Advocate.
